Xara designer pro 7 work

i have designed this using xara designer pro 7

Welcome to TG ibaadn7710, nice work, however with regards to the globe the light crescent on the lower right is contradictory to the light angle and the white ellipse. If I were you I would eliminate that lower right object. That gives a false impression of two images not lined up properly and is uncomfortable to the viewer. The compass is better but the center compass part is not centered on it's case (the silvery outer part and it's highlights). I'm not picking on you just trying to help.
