As I furriously work on next month's tutorial, Realistic Neon, I came up with this easy way to create glass tubing. To make glass buttons, simply use a straight line with about 24-36 point line width and rounded end caps.

I used to make neon sculptures. If I had Xara then, I could have just drawn them and saved all the humming (transformers).
Your prowess continues to amaze.

Not as polished as yours Gary, but it's a great tip. Maybe you could run thru the steps in a bit more detail.
