If I've understood your question properly.
Then please see the attached picture.
There are a number of ways to do it.
One way is to use the i-beam to select the text you see on the screen, it might help to stop the animation first using the I-beam and holding shift and the arrow keys on your keyboard to do this. The selection will change colors mine turns gray.If you want to delete any or all select the parts you don't want and press delete on the keyboard.
Another way is to go to text options, select, and change that way. The rest is up to you to play with and learn the different tools. See screen shots below. Hope this helps

Is it a demo that opens automatically? Go to File>>New I would've thought [haven't got it loaded on here so can't say for sure]
what you could do is read the help file provided with the program
:thx
hello I just saw the question above posted previously again. I don't know if he actually wants to use 3-D maker but I just posted a link to the other posting was something that will do exactly what he wants.

Maybe this may help, but maybe he wants to use 3-D maker, anyway it is therefore him to look at. I use it on my profile page on another website.

In the past when I have been a site or Help to learn the program. With 3D 7 I can not find anything from the company. Anyone have any clue where I may find something like this. I hate bouncing around within the program learning on my own. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

Usually there is a link in the Help drop down to "Movies" or what we usually call videos. Have a look at some of these. They do a good job covering the basics.
