Can't edit menu

I created a menu in Webstyle 4, it shows in Dreamweaver.

I'm trying to edit it but I get a message that I can only edit pages in Webstyle that were created in Webstyle.

Any help would be appreciated.

You do need to edit your menu using Webstyle 4.

Which version of Dreamweaver are you using? If it is version 3 or older the Dreamweaver extionsion should automatically open Webstyle 4 for your to edit the menu. There is no extension for newer versions of Dreamweaver.

There is no new Webstyle extension for Dreamweaver CS4.

Webstyle was retired in 2009 if I am not mistaken.

I guess I shouldn't have upgraded. Darn.

I was using Dreamweaver CS4 which won't let me edit. So I reinstalled Dreamweaver MX and it still isn't working.

You must reinstall the Webstyle extension for Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver does not know about webstyle so reinstalling it does not find the program.
