Error Code -5
The program could not be started. It's possible bla bla folder damaged.
Reinstalling the program may fix the problem if not
contact support.
From the install CD Options:
1) repair ( this was tried and did not fix the problem)
2) Uninstall
anything else to check for before i completly uninstall and try again...?
