April 2013 Tips and Tricks: Adding Custom Textures to Your Web Pages

Because I specifically designed this month's Giveaway—a whole passel of seamless textures—for use in Xara Web Designer, I thought it would be a good idea to offer a tutorial on how to get the bitmaps into WD9 and also how to fill the new Pasteboard Layer Background, because it's as obvious as its name is long.
