Sticky Breaks Transitions

A repeat of this thread from last February Hamburger With Sticky Bun (talkgraphics.com) To the best of my knowledge, this was discussed in 2019 and has, in one form or another, been discussed on numerous occasions.

One shape on MouseOff, one shape on a layer 'menu'

Shape on MouseOff is used to trigger Pop-Up Layer 'menu' with any animation in the Settings - works as expected

Edit anything you like - everything works as expected

Add sticky to anything except the shape on Layer 'menu' - works as expected

Make the shape on Layer 'menu' sticky - animation ceases to work

Extremely simple, two shape project file. Toggle the Sticky option on and off with the blue shape selected to see the problem.
