New here and was wondering

Well i just registered and I was wondering if anyone if this type of rendering can be done with corel paint shop pro 9
Id appreciate any hlp

I am afraid there is not much support for Paint Shop Pro here.

I think it would be easier to create that kind of effect with CorelDRAW which is a drawing program. You could paint these on the car with PSP but it will be harder unless you are very deft with a mouse or tablet.

I have seen it done (and posted in the Corel newsgroups - quite a long time ago), using the PSP vector tools.
I don't recall which version of PSP was used, but it wouldn't make any difference as Corel have touched the Vector tools since version 9.
You need a lot of patience to do this though :-)
