Hi All,
Sorry to post this here, but it's the only place I could think of !
I have WebStyle 2 and have been e-mailing Xara with some questions and feedback but getting no response.
I also remember I e-mailed two other times in the last coupld of months with no response either.
I know it is not an expensive program, but I should be able to get some help.
Is this typical of their support ?

Hi Dave,
Without knowing your specific problem, I'll explain the problem I experienced with Webstyle 2.
The program would open but none of the graphics choices would respond, but the Information Icon and the Options in the upper left would also work.
I un-installed Webstyle 1 and Webstyle 2. Deleted their directories and removed all references to Webstyle in the registry. Then I re-installed Webstyle 2. This was a couple of weeks ago and it seems to be working fine now.

Thanks to those responding.
I don't have time to discuss specific problems or suggestions at this time, as I leave in the morning for a 10day business trip. But my question was really about Xara's general support not a specific problem. And it was more in the line of good suggestions rather than critisisms of the product ( which by the way I thing is an exceptional program - especially for the money ).
It just frustrates me when companies ignore e-mails !
Will take up this thread when I return.

Got a note from Xara support yesterday indicating they are working on a 2.1 release. They indicated that most if not all of the issues I discoverd will be addressed. I've been providing bug reports and other feedback to Xara on WebStyle 2.0 so I can say from personal experience their support does not suck as some my think!
They do listen even though they my not repsond to every email they receive.
The BEST is good enough!

I contacted Xara and they said you might have sent your question to the Suggestions e-mail address which are not responded to.
At any rate, they said someone will get back to you shortly.
Xara apologizes for the confusion.

Sorry for the delay in replying to you - you should now have two e-mails sent directly to you from support. We do try to answer queries as quickly as possible, but sometimes the weight of mail in the 'cyber' in-tray conspires against me! In this case, I also wanted to know if the forthcoming version of Webstyle 2.1 would address some of your problems - this required feedback from the development team. I do hope your queries were answered by my replies.
Just to confirm for everyone, support@xara.com is the main support alias from which you should receive a (usually quick) response. The various 'suggest' aliases (xxsuggest@xara.com, etc) ARE read and collated, but not necessarily replied to.
