Can you be a little more specific? Do you mean, can Xara create a pop up? In which case this post should be in the Web Design forum. Can you add text to a photo? Can you edit photos? Can you create realistic illustrations of cars and trucks?

Yeah, though we're a graphics forum, we frame questions with words, not photos - ask your question with words, so we know what you are asking. The photo says nothing and implies nothing that I can give an answer.

Perhaps he means take photographs with inappropriatly placed shadows?

i am not understanding your full question can you please describe what the name of the software you are talking about your image shown it can done with the photoshop.
