Dynamic Web Page With MX 8

Silly me read the new features page for the release about "Automatic Object Positioning / Smart Page Resize" to mean I could finally stop editing the silly web page every time I added content to the page. Said content comes from a database and periodically changes length. But I cannot seem to figure out how to get this feature working so I am wondering if the feature ONLY applies when in design mode?


BTW, I previously tried the "tweak" for dynamic web page size for 7, but could not get it to work. I can only assume that since I do not have the "premium" version I am not worthy.
