Secondary menus

I have a website that has two frames: header and body. The very bottom of the header frame contains a menu bar constructed with a non-Xara program. I need to make some changes in the menus , and while I'm at it I'd like to change it to a MenuMaker bar. The problem is that some of the buttons have secondary menus. When I click on one of these, the menu items drop down behind the body frame and so they are covered up. :( I need to have the body butting up against the header. Is there a way to make the menu items fly up instead of dropping down?
