XDPRO10 Crashes when using mould tool
I have put a ticket in for this one and it is being looked into but wondered if anyone else has the problem
editing a bitmap: attempt to use the mould tool to change perspective and get a crash every time.
works ok in the 32 bit version but not the 64bit
Re: XDPRO10 Crashes when using mould tool
I can reproduce that - with perspective moulds - envelope moulds seem ok [but only done quick check]
Re: XDPRO10 Crashes when using mould tool
yep, thank you for pointing that out
i too get complete crash, program disappears, no alerrt no warning
default perspective mould, move a node, using 64bit xdpx10
Re: XDPRO10 Crashes when using mould tool
I've had a ticket in with this one... two or three replies... nothing can done so far. I'm told they can't replicate it on any of their machines so I'm glad I posted.
Would be nice to see it sorted though.
Re: XDPRO10 Crashes when using mould tool
ok - for the record then: my machine is hp pavilion laptop intel core i3 processor, 8GB memory, 64bit windows 8.1, with intel HD graphics 4000
I could try it on my windows 7 aybe later
Re: XDPRO10 Crashes when using mould tool
Ditto, crashes every time. Support may not be able to replicate it as they may be using a later version than the current download version.
Re: XDPRO10 Crashes when using mould tool
I have 10.1.1.34966 Download version and have no problems at all. I used it the other day and just now tried it again no problems here.
Re: XDPRO10 Crashes when using mould tool
My main machine is an Acer Pen and Touch 64bit with 12GB RAM. Windows 8.1
Also tried two others with the same result:Acer Netbook running windows 7.1 64 bit and an HP G56 Prosario 64bit with 4GB RAM
I've run the sequence with Windows performance monitor in view and it shows no strain on resources.
I''m using the latest download 10.1.1.34966 downloaded yesterday
Re: XDPRO10 Crashes when using mould tool
darn forgot that - yes I'm using 10.1.1.34966 - [trial download if that makes any difference]
Re: XDPRO10 Crashes when using mould tool
contributors should specify the version of xdpx10, 32 or 64 bit
i think it matters here
