Looking For a Tutorial on how to....

I am in search of a tutorial or a thread on how to build questionnaires boxes in xtreme 5.

I'm not sure that is the right terminology for it:
example:
*name: box drawn here
*email: bow drawn here

so forth and so on....

I want to collect data/info from my (soon to be) clients, before they ever decide to be a client. In order for me to submit quotes and gather layout/style/color information from them.

Any thoughts or direction pointing fingers?

Cowboy, you want to create a Form. There are a lot of threads in the XWD forum re forms. Try a search on "forms".
