I tried to pick some usernames that I could remember without writing them down, but I keep getting "the username doesn't match the forums rules". So I registered with this completely random username. But seriously, isn't there any way to create a non-random username? Are the username rules published somewhere?
You would think there would be. Did you consult the FAQs? That would be the first place I would look. I should think that words of disrespect would be filtered and their might be a limit to how long your user name can be but I can't think of any others.
Sigh - I just looked at the FAQs and I could not find any guidelines. I guess trial and error is the way to go. :)
