Menu Maker question

I have a question, and I hope someone can help.

I have always loved the Xara products - found them very easy to use.

I have built a huge new website using Web Designer, and found it very easy.

I just purchased Menu Maker.

I am not quite sure how I load up a Navbar I made in Menu Maker
into a page I have made In Web Designer.

Could someone please help?
