Yeah, I figured. In response to their e-mail I sent them the entire text of the activation receipt they sent me. Hopefully it'll make it clear this isn't just some bonehead thing on my part.
Maybe I stumped them. Over 24 hours and not a single follow-up since I responded to their first salvo.
It's all fixed, yay!
For the record, in case anyone else has been having problems, there was a difficulty in their new shop software with respect to people who only had the e-version of Xtreme registered. Xara's tireless support staff have been working the issue, and as of this morning all seemed to be in order.
Fire up those credit cards (if you haven't, already)! :cool:

Me too. Just finished downloading that massive templates file, gonna get in some play time today (took a mental health day off from my day job).
If my "day job" (I work nights) gave me a mental health day off it would probably be for a few years. ;):D
LOL! I heard that! If this one didn't pay so well I'd be out the door in a blink. I've got a long way to go business-wise before I can ditch that income stream, alas. :p
