Do you have time to show me some tutorials? Like start off something really easy and then I am sure I can pick it up off from that.

Okay I downloaded Wings 3D is was free. The best price ever!
Thing is when I export the saved file uhh... I need to have software which the format files are saved in.

To get the image so it's importable to Photoshop (as you requested), you need to render the scene. To Targa, BMP, TIFF. Photoshop doesn't care.
