Hi wizard509,
The SN is on my registered copy list along w all of the programs I've purchased. Everything appears normal on that list.
I don't know what's up. Still no response from Xara support.
I get all excited when a new upgrade comes up and all the new content and I can't wait to get it... I never remember what a pain it is to get their programs to even install correctly. At least I have the previous versions to work with.

Downloaded content should be in the designs gallery - have you checked there?

Thanks for continuing to help, wizard509. Certainly aren't many others.
I do see my new purchase, XDPX10, on my registered list of programs with the serial number. That all appears to be normal.
Still waiting on Xara support.
Thank you in advance for any more suggestions. Its disappointing, that's for sure... :)

I can't help you because I only have the trial version of XDPX10 and as I only use the program for drawing rather than design the content is of little interest to me; as I won't be upgrading [no new features on the drawing side] I am not going to try downloading anything this time round...
I'm not even sure I bothered to download content in the ver I have [8]; some stuff is there in the design gallery but it may well be the default stuff.. clipart I use, design templates no.
as far as reinstalling goes - you may be limited in the number of times you can do that with the same activation code, after which you would need to contact Xara to get it reset - but I cannot remember whether that applies to the same computer, or just to a different one...

It does. Same computer or a different one makes no difference. I just can't remember how many times.
