MP4 movie problems

Hi Gurus,

I got a couple of MP4 movies embedded. The problems are:
1. No 1, I'd like to have this being able for the users to control start/stop, etc. but I needed to check out that the player actually works, hence "Auto-start"
2. The controls are in place, but don't do anything.
It seemed very straight forward to embed MP4 movies (H.264) into the web site, but ....What am I doing wrong? Any help greatly appreciated.
