XDP365-Scrpit issue pops up
Hello,
using Windows7 and installed XDP365. Installation and Content pack install works fine (at least no issue report). I can work with XDP, but when opeing the Content catalog an script issue message pops up and I cannot acces. On same PC I have also XDP11, there everything is working fine. I have re-installed everything of XDP365, but no change.
Any hint?
Ciao,

Hi Acorn,
I am not at the issued PC right now. I am at another location (PC with windows10/XDP365 and different envirnment). There both works, the XDP365 content catalog as well the links you provided.
I will check tomorrow the links in the issued envirnment.

Re: XDP365-Scrpit issue pops up
Interessting.
XDP10 & XDP356 :
When I am using the issued Laptop in it`s origin environment (origin network) - no access to content catalog (neither direct nor indirect via external link)
When I am using the issued Laptop in a foreign environment (forein network) - no access to content catalog (neither direct nor indirect via external link)
XDP11:
No matter where I am, the issued Laptop has always access to content catalog (both direct and via external link)
Conclusion 1:
Somemthing must block something on this laptop (which I may not be able to influence, because of given set-up)
Conclusion 2:
XDP11 content catalog must be set somewhwat differently, so that my issued laptop has no issues with it.
Finding:
It looks like, I have no influence on either situations-:(

At some point your firewall settings might be blocking v12.

Well this is what I thought and went outside in another networking. Maybe may laptop setting cause it, because the network can`t be due. But why they do not for XDP11. So there must be something different in the set-up of XDP365. In any case I will ask Support for input, if they confirm this is the reason, I have lost for the moment, because at this location the settings of firewall are mandatory and given-:O(
Thanks for thoughts,

Upgrade:
Mmmm... Somehting has been changed in the background these days (but I guess this is due to my external admin pool activities, which I can not control nor even monitor).
In any case, I can not access the content catalog via XDP365, but I can now via the weblink Acron provided (this did not work all the days before too).
Another issue seems to work now, by accident I would guess.
XDP365 took me 90 sec. to open a single page preview. Same page opens on same laptop and same environment within 3 sec. when using XDP11.
I cleaned reg, emptied cache , re-booted etc..... no change, same behaviour for several days.
Today, XDP365 works fine on this and openes the page like XDP11 in 3 sec. preview.
A miracle.
