Re-downloading Extreme Pro X9
I have found my serial numbers for all of my products, but I can't find a link to download some of the older products. This is due to a recent hard drive failure. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried the 'search' but I never seem to ask the correct question or at least, I never get the answer I am hoping for. Thanks for any help.

Re: Re-downloading Extreme Pro X9
Bob, have you tried the Xara website? There should be a section for downloading previous versions. If I recall properly. They will be trial versions that you can unlock with your serial numbers.

Go to: http://www.xara.com/us/servicecenter/ and log in. Scroll down the page and click on the link, "For the Xara Affiliate program and older Xara products, click here". There should be a download link for XDP X9 on that page (I hope....).
Re: Re-downloading Extreme Pro X9
Goto http://www.xara.com/us/designer-pro/download/ and scroll down to previous versions :)
Re: Re-downloading Extreme Pro X9
That's indeed a better link, James.
Re: Re-downloading Extreme Pro X9
Thank you all for your quick help. In the past redownloading wasn't such a pain.
"Boy" - I had tried that link originally and it did not list X9
"jamesd" - that link did indeed provide a download link

Go to http://www.xara.com/us/servicecenter/ and log in.
Go to My Products and if you registered your product then it will appear on that page and you can download it. Your registration code should be there as well.
Re: Re-downloading Extreme Pro X9
You missed a few relevant posts, Gary. ;))
Re: Re-downloading Extreme Pro X9
Gary,
I went to that link first and it does list all 17 of my purchases, however, I couldn't download anything there. I then followed the link at the bottom of the page for 'older' Xara products, and it lists all 17 products, but only the 5 oldest can be downloaded.
Thanks,
Bob
Re: Re-downloading Extreme Pro X9
Well in that case I would file a support request ticket at http://support.xara.com This is something they need to do then.
