Entering text between two concentric circles

Hi to all. I know that when I started on using XaraXtreme(now up to Pro 5) many years ago there was a very nice tutorial on how to enter text on a circle within a circle and keep everything centered, etc. I think it was Gary Priester but it's too far back for me to remember. If anyone knows what I'm talking about please direct me to where I can find this tutorial cause I've looked all over the website and can't find it. I've tried experimenting with no success. I really could use some advice. Thanks.
