How to transfer thousands of pages from my old site using WD7
I know I have a huge task ahead of me. My current website, maintained with the old, and sadly defunct, Hot Dog editor, has literally thousands of pages, carefully organized into many clever folders. My question is, how should I recreate these pages in Web Designer 7? Should I create each separate page in one huge folder? For an old html'er such as myself, the organization of a WD website escapes me. Yes, I know that I must manually transfer all of my text, page by page. And I guess each of the hundreds of links has to be transfered one by one.
Help! Is there an easier way? Exporting a very well established huge site seems to be such a chore.

If you were happy with hot dog, maybe you should think about using an alternate HTML editor rather than redo all those pages from scratch.
