Problem with Glow Brush, Please help!

Switched to Corel Painter few days ago. But when i tried to use F-X/ Glow Brush on many image (with only canvas or 2-3 layer) i^'m getting bad result. You can see some examples on images. It's painting very rough. I tried many way to resolve it. Uninstalled, deleted all settings folders etc... But still i have same problem and i can't use to painter that's why. Please help :/
