quick question content images?

What are content images? ones place don the foreground of a webpage?
I know it might sound really silly but I just cant seem to get brain into gear and think properly as to what it means. please can anyone help explain the term to me. I am having an incredibly dim moment.:confused:

Webpage content is just the information and pictures presented on a webpage, so content images I would interpret as images/pictures that form part of the content(information) for that webpage. I would say that all pictures on a webpage that are not part of the webpage design aesthetic are content images.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the foreground of a webpage". Do you have a context for your question?
