XPE default save quality

Is it possible to change the default 'quality level' of XPE's Save from 75 to something else?

I want to save at 100% without the need to go to the dialog box and
change it for every save.

I think that setting is hard coded because I cannot find any referenced in the Registry or the XPE default settings xml file.
