colour manipulation possible or not?

Hi

the attached file is one of many I need to modify for a job.

The client believes that in photoshop it is possible to change the colour of the "chairs" to anything he wants. ie every variation in colour he does.

Question is this possible or is he as I suspect wrong?

Point taken, give us a clue I thought you had just placed a rectangle over each picture and then added transparency but it doesn't seem to work for me.

Is that how you did it?

Ian you will find that Miro is using Hue Transparency. The default is Mix. You will file Hue at the bottom of the dropdown list of Transparency types.

As per your original question - It is possible and very easy to do this in Photoshop.

I didnt created bitmaps at finall to can you see and find how it is created

So in Xara is posible and easy to do that

when you change color of your bitmap with some colored shape over bitmap with hue transperency you must select bitmap and this shape and convert them both to bitmap
at finall you will have just bitmap with needed color of object :)
