Must have missed this somewhere? Shaded fills

Hi all,
I must have missed this somewhere, is there a way to create a line, dot, square shaded fill?

Much lesser applications have this abillity I can't belive Xara dosn't!

Do you mean something like this? It's very easy to do: Create your fill pattern, make a bitmap out of the pattern, fill your desired shape (or text in my example) with the bitmap.
