Add own graphics to database?

Hi, I was just wondering if I could create my own graphics and add it into the Webstyle 4 database with all the other ones.

For example, I create a .gif button and I want to add it to the buttons section in webstyle 4 so I can use it in webstyle 4 with all the other templates and such.
