You should be able to use any Photoshop compatible filter with Paint Shop Pro. I use Deep Paint, Eye Candy, Kai's Power Tools, Xenofex and a host of others.
To set up your plug-ins in PSP 7 go to File...choose Preferences and then ... File Locations. You can then specify the folder where all your plug-ins are located.
I have a seperate Plugin Folder...and all my graphic applications, PSP, Photoshop, Painter 6, Corel Draw, Illustrator, and Canvas can then share the plug-ins, which makes it a breeze.
