Unable to Post Attachments

Antony (or others),
I have been unable to add attachments the past few weeks (and have been too busy to press the subject very hard) ... but always like to share a thing or two. When I press the manage attachments button I get an "error on page" announcement in the lower left hand corner of the page. I DO run a "popup stopper" application ... but have always been able to Cntrl-Click to bring up the new window, but not in this case. This is something new, and to the best of my knowledge I haven't made any changes to my security settings since I was able to post. Have any changes been made to the forum?
