Non-purchase Order Form System

I'm working on a new card and art print website. It will be for trade buyers who won't pay for product until 30 days after they make their order.

The Add to Cart system is perfect, except that on the last page the customer has to purchase the order.
They could take a screenshot of the final order and email it to me. But that's hardly professional.

Is there an 'Order Form' system, similar to the Add to Cart, whereby the final page with the purchase listing can be emailed directly to the supplier?
Instead of 'Add to Cart', the buttons could be 'Add to Order'.
