[not email]123@2x.jpg[/email] is for retina devices. You should have both 123.jpg and [not email]123@2x.jpg[/email] in your exported folder :)

The @2x version is the retina resolution version of the image. The @2x is a standard convention for double-density variants of images.
You should also have the original.

If you don't want to include hi res images, the ones with the @x2 title, go to Web Properties / Website / Untick the Retina (hi def) images.

It's rare to hear such problems, maybe it's just because of your default settings, which makes your renaming photos that way.
