Infuriating, isn't it?
It's like those companies that promise to respond to your household within X hours. The consumer imagines a man at the door to sort out the problem, while the truth is someone will phone and make an appointment to come in a week's time.

"Good Grief" - the lack of respect that companies show their clients just bytes. Gary, maybe you should send Snoopy to fly his dog house over there and drop Woodstock on their head.

You're not alone Gary. I get this more often than not when I try to contact a company, though there are a few who still have very good customer service.., very few.
