Okay Larry, not sure what it is but I'll kick off this months scribble.
Well whaatever i is I love it. Thanks Egg.
It's supposed to be a moth, I think. Just scribbles, an ellipse and vector halftones.
Bob.
It's great Bob. I like this as much as Egg's.
Thanks, Larry. Looking back in my Scribbles folder I see that several of my entries have been hat drawings. I have no idea why, I never wear them! Anyway here's another......
Like the Moth Bob and the hat Penny.
Here's another attempt.
Those are great, Penny and Egg. Love what you did Penny. Seeing what you do with the scribbles, I have become a fan of yours, have been a fan of Egg's for a long time. From egg's video tutorials I have learned a great deal.
A stylized poinsettia made using the MirrorMe Plugin for Illustrator by Astute Graphics. The plugin allows you to draw symmetrically using 2 to 72 axes of any part of your selected artwork (in this case Larry's Scribble). I repeated the process a couple of times until I came up with two items I thought would work together (here coloured red and green). To this I added some random yellow circles to avoid having a completely symmetrical drawing.
Bob.
Beautiful, Bob. I bet one could do the same using Xara without any plugins although the method would be different, but I am deviating. Suffice it to say you did a great job. =D>=D>
