Also what does Bespoke Design stand for.

I think it just means its custom-made for the end-user. As for the slide show I believe something like that could be made with the xara flash animation however it could've been made in adobe flash as well.

Bespoke basically means: "Made to order"
The Gallery/Slideshow at that URL is flash. There are a number of flash slideshow maker apps available for download, one I've used before (free) is here;

Remember, using flash means folks using mobile iThings won't see it.
