How to set text line color to "none"

I don't know what I did but the text now always defaults to a line color. I can change the color but I don't want a line around the text period! How do I set the default back to no line color at all?

As mentioned in another thread, sometimes you accidentally set a default (for the session usually only).

Select some text and then right click on the cross hatched box to the left of the color palette.

Also, open Page Options (right click on the page) and un-check Give New Objects Most Recent Attributes.

That worked, thanks. I did try searching for an answer but must not have used the right search words and gave up after a 1/2 hour looking.

Often the words you need to describe what you are looking for need words to describe the description. :)
