With the help of the split tool in Silo it's possible to draw some simple thing on a paper, based on very simple shapes and to begin immediately to transpose it on the screen !!!

I really like the way you have matched the person with the car if you know what I mean.
Yea, Ivan is having way too much fun for sure eh http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
Classic designs, Ivan!
My Best,
Gare
Thanks !!!
Yes there are some stylistic similitudes between the person and the car. That's partly because of the simple technics I use, but not only.
Gary, I think I understand what you mean by "classic". In fact I am finding a spontaneity similar to what I had in those drawings
Here are some of my steps (sorry for the weight).
1. Extrusion of one quarter of a sphere derivated from a cube subdivided two times ;
2. Using "Connect" tool to subdivide some polys on top of the head to create the hair ;
3. Extruding along normals (two steps to separate the four rows) ;
4. Creating mouth, nose and eyes with the "Connect" tool ;
5. Extruding the ears along normals ;
6. Extrusion inside for the eyes cavity ;
7. Re-Extrusion outside for the eyes themselves.
Kindly,
ivan

Ivan,
By classic, I mean:
•Definitive
•Timeless
•Appreciated by all.
And it's all in your style/concept, my friend.
My Best,
Gary
