A repeating "page footer" for web site that has varying page lengths?

I'd like to have some repeating text that is always located 1/2 inch from the bottom of every page regardless of the length of the page.

I thought I read about how to do this some time ago but I'm not finding it now.

If possible, I'd appreciate a reminder.

Position the graphics/text at the bottom of the page where you want it.

Right click and select Position on Page > Footer.

Too simple.
