Anyway on this site I wanted to make a fairly small company come across as one of the big boys, so took design cues from them; boxed site, light colours, blue, simple home page with featured products. Client loved the site and hopefully we can get them high up on google. Integrated a search box in this one as well and it works really well. Again the same problem with dynamic content - I have to design a page long enough to anticipate what the client may post for each product, just wish I could find a workaround to that because clients love ecwid compared with wordpress ecommerce or opencart, just a lot easier to use even for a novice.

The client has entered all the products themselves and as the photos are from various suppliers they are not all standard sizes as you might find on larger sites.

This one has to appeal to businesses and so had to be clean, clear and professional looking. I did not want to to the typical colours associated with businesses; blues, greens and greys so decided on a red, the red used is the 'audi' red found in their logo it is a strong but not overpowering colour and hopefully it looks good. Again this could have been a very text heavy site but I persuaded the client to keep it simple.

The client wanted to add far more products (previously they had about 15) as well as banners they wanted point of sale items as well.

Again this was done using xara and ecwid for the shopping cart; to keep updating products as quick and easy as possible. The site had to be modern and simple to use, again the client is very happy and we have been successful in increasing their search engine position for their keyword. There is a lot of customization on this one for the ecwid coding, buttons, text, zoom etc.
